Life Groups, or small groups, are one way to begin your journey into community at First Baptist Church, Deerfield Beach.

Connecting with people with whom you can share life is how God has wired each of us. Those 'connection' points can happen in a number of ways and at FBCD we call them Small Groups. Small Groups offer many ways you will feel loved and cared for and allow you to enjoy a warm, "small church" connectedness, while participating in a church that is impacting the North Broward community and beyond. An important and essential part of your spiritual growth is being connected in authentic community.

There are many benefits that will change your life, potentially forever! The Bible reminds us of our need be connected into a community of believers (see Acts 2, 1 Cor 12:12-31; Eph 2:19-22; Heb 10:24-25). Your 'connectedness' helps you to grow personally and spiritually in relationship with others in your group and in your larger community.

Small Groups are the vehicles that God uses at FBCD to help us grow smaller and more intimate as we grow larger as a church.
